4 Week Series - Tuesdays beginning June 12th, ending July 3rd, 1 - 3 PM
The childbirth education classes are open to all pregnant mothers and their support person(s), and meet for 2 hours once a week for 4 weeks. Topics include how to know you’re in labor, relaxation, pain medications, and common hospital procedures. The series also includes a session on newborn care with information on burping, diapering, bathing, cord care, safe sleep, and immunizations.
