A follow-up public information meeting will be held for the project under development in your neighborhood. The meeting will be held on Tuesday, May 15th at Helfrich Park Middle School. For your convenience, there are two meeting times, 4:00pm and 6:30pm. The main topics of the meeting will include customer participation cost package options and participation instructions. Design consultants and an E-One representative will also be present to answer questions. A sample pump and pit will also be available for inspection after each meeting. We encourage you to attend and look forward to seeing you on Tuesday.
This project was undertaken in connection with the settlement of an enforcement action, United States and State of Indiana v. the City of Evansville and Evansville Water and Sewer Utility, C.A. 3:09-cv-0128-WTL-WGH, taken on behalf of the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency and the Indiana Department of Environmental management under the Clean Water Act, and applicable State Law.
Please remember to place a project lathe at the edge of your property where you would like the sanitary tie-in to the system to be located. Once placed, contact American Structurepoint at 812.402.4509. The work on the residential properties will begin as soon as the work in the public right-of-way is complete in the Spring of 2013.
