The Goebel Soccer Complex is a state-of-art facility with 10 Olympic size fields 6 of 10 fields are lighted with Musco Sports Lighting system. The GSC provides the opportunity for teams to choose from 3 different types of playing surfaces. i.e. 2 sport fescus fields, 7 bermunda fields and 1 synthetic turf field. The GSC has become the home of the Evansville Soccer Club’s Verteran Invitiational Soccer Tournament, the Southwest Indiana Soccer Assoication’s St. Mary’s Classic Soccer Tournament. In 2010, Indiana Soccer selected the City of Evansville’s Goebel Soccer Complex to host preliminary rounds of the State Cup, President Cup and Challenge Cup in 2011. The City of Evansville is honored and proud to be selected by Indiana Soccer to host these 3 great soccer tournaments.
